The goal of Positive Health Management is to provide excellent, safe, & culturally competent services to persons who are at risk for or are living with HIV.

All services are provided at the Wyckoff Positive Health Building, a community-friendly site based at 1610 DeKalb Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11237. Medical services are provided by a group of HIV specialists. Our patient support staff members are also accredited in their fields and support the clients as they receive primary care.
